GRADUATION MESSAGE

Warmest congratulations to the Elementary Graduates, Junior High School Completers, and Senior High School Graduates of the DepEd Northern Samar Division.

This year’s theme, “FILIPINO GRADUATES: PREPARED TO LEAD WITH COMPETENCE AND CHARACTER” (Pilipinong nagsipagtapos, handang mamuno nang may kakayahan at mabuting pagkatao), reminds us of our shared commitment to nurture learners who are academically prepared, values-driven, and ready to serve their communities and the nation.

You belong to a generation shaped by unique challenges that changed the way education was delivered. Despite limited resources, distance, and the realities faced by many communities in our province, you showed resilience, determination, and the willingness to learn. Upang matugunan ang mga hamon sa pagkatuto, pinaigting ng ating Sangay ang mga programang pangbawi tulad ng ARAL Program, mga lokal na interbensyon sa pagbasa, Project STAR, remediation activities, at pagsasanay ng mga guro upang masiguro na walang batang maiiwan sa pagkatuto.

Many of you learned not only from books and technology but also from the strength of your families, the dedication of your teachers, and the support of your communities. In places where resources may be simple, determination becomes stronger. Ipinapakita lamang na ang tunay na talino at tagumpay ay hindi nasusukat sa teknolohiya kundi sa sipag, tiyaga, at mabuting pagkatao.

As you move forward, remember that graduation is not the end of your journey but the beginning of a greater mission. Malayo na pero malayo pa. Malayo na ang inyong narating, ngunit mas marami pang pangarap ang naghihintay na matupad.

Anchor your dreams in faith, trusting in the promise of Jeremiah 29:11—that God has plans to give you hope and a future. With perseverance, humility, and trust in God, your aspirations will surely become achievements.
