GRADUATION/COMPLETION & RECOGNITION RITES MESSAGE School Year 2025 -2026

Dr. Rey F. Bulawan

Today, we gather to celebrate a milestone achieved, a proof to perseverance and dedication. To the graduates and completers of SY 2025-2026, congratulations! You’ve made it! This year’s theme, “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character.” (Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos, Handang Mamuno nang may Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao). These words resonate deeply, for you are the embodiment of competence and character, ready to lead and make a meaningful impact.

As you stand here, remember the countless nights of studying, the sacrifices made, and the steadfast support of loved ones. You’ve earned this moment, and it’s a clear evidence to what’s to come. “Commit to your work and you will be successful” (Proverbs 16:3). May these words guide you as you begin on your journey.

To God Almighty, we give thanks for guidance and strength. To our parents, families, and loved ones, your unwavering support has been our foundation. To our LGU, NGOs, teachers, and friends, your contributions have shaped our learners. We are grateful for your presence in our lives.

As Nortehanons, we’re proud to serve our community and nation. Let’s strive for greatness, uphold integrity, and be beacons of hope. Lupad Norte! Let’s soar to new heights, empowered by our values and skills. Mabuhay ang mga nagsipagtapos! May you lead with excellence and inspire others. Congratulations again, graduates!

Dr. Antonio P. Delos Reyes, CESO VI

To our Graduates and Completers of the Class of 2026, My heartiest congratulations to each and every one of you!

You have reached this momentous milestone not just through academic persistence, but through the unique resilience that defines the youth of Northern Samar. You have navigated the challenges of your basic education with the steady spirit of a Nortehanon, and today, the entire Schools Division Office joins your families and teachers in celebrating your success.

Through your years in our classrooms, you have sharpened your intellect and mastered the skills necessary to navigate a globalized, technology-driven landscape. Competence is your ability to solve problems, to innovate, and to perform with mastery. You carry the “know-how” to compete on any stage, bringing the brilliance of the Filipino mind to every challenge you face.

Skill alone, however, is not enough to sustain a nation. True leadership is anchored in Character. It is found in Katiwalaan (Integrity) when no one is watching, in Katatagan (Resilience) when facing the storms of life, and in Malasakit (Compassion) for the least of our brothers and sisters. Character is the moral compass that ensures your competence is used for the common good.

As you receive your diplomas, remember that you are the architects of our “New Philippines.” The world does not just need people who are smart; it needs people who are good. It needs leaders who possess the competence to build bridges and the character to never burn them.

To our dear graduates: Lead with the courage of your convictions. Whether you pursue further studies, enter the workforce, or serve your local communities here in our beloved province, carry the torch of excellence with humility. Let the values of Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, at Makabansa be the bedrock of your identity.

Go forth with confidence. You are ready. You are prepared. You are the Filipino leaders our future has been waiting for.

Padayon, Class of 2026! Mabuhay kayong lahat!
